About the role
This senior leadership position will head the Singapore entity of a global semiconductor supplier. You will own the commercial and operational functions, driving growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia while acting as the bridge between regional customers and the global headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia through direct and channel sales.
- Strengthen relationships with strategic customers in semiconductor and advanced manufacturing.
- Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term commercial strategies aligned with global direction.
- Lead and expand distribution networks and partnerships across the region.
- Oversee local operations, coordinating warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage profitability, forecasting, and overall business performance.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing local team.
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
Required profile
- 15+ years of people‑management experience, preferably at Director level.
- Solid background in customer service, support or delivery within the semiconductor industry.
- Experience managing regional sales or distribution networks across multiple markets.
- Comfortable in a hands‑on, entrepreneurial environment with full ownership.
- Exposure to international business environments and cross‑cultural collaboration.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Strong leadership presence with influence locally and globally.
- Willingness to work extended hours and align with OEM calls, including U.S. time zones.
- Fluent English communication skills.
