About the role

The Catering Operations Executive will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of catering services, ensuring timely execution and high‑quality customer experiences. This senior position involves coordinating logistics, managing on‑site setups, and maintaining equipment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders.
• Coordinate with sales staff on customer orders prior to delivery.
• Handle logistics‑related calls and requirements.
• Conduct buffet set‑up training for staff.
• Liaise with customers during on‑site setup requirements.
• Organise set‑up and clean‑up after each delivery, including buffet receptions and seminar events.
• Control inventory for catering equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory hygiene standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related catering or logistics role.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact well with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Possession of a clean Class 3 driving licence with good driving skills.
