Centre Manager – Education Operations

About the role

We are an ed‑tech start‑up delivering coding programmes to children across Singapore. As a Centre Manager you will join the Operations team, working closely with the founding team to ensure smooth delivery of our courses and build strong relationships with parents and schools.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new parents and recommend suitable coding programmes for their children.
• Lead customer‑success initiatives such as special programmes, competitions and community events.
• Plan and execute lead‑generation events with partners, ensuring class payments are collected.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to assess student progress and follow up for conversions.
• Handle general administrative duties including onboarding emails, data entry and research.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and act as the primary relationship manager for the community.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on parent advocacy.
• Ability to manage multiple locations (Novena, Bukit Panjang, Tampines) and coordinate events.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling administrative tasks.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM platform for customer data management.
