Centre Manager – Enrichment & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Centre Manager to lead the enrichment and operations of our coding centres across Novena, Bukit Panjang and Tampines. The role sits in the Operations team of a fast‑growing ed‑tech startup and works closely with the founding team to ensure smooth delivery of programming courses to students.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new parents and recommend suitable coding programmes.
• Share the company vision and guide parents toward appropriate courses.
• Support customer‑success initiatives such as special programmes, competitions and community events.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, acting as their advocate.
• Plan and execute lead‑generation events with partners and ensure class payments are collected.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to assess student progress and follow up for conversions.
• Perform general administrative duties including onboarding emails, data entry and research.
• Keep customer information up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
• Track student progress and nurture the community of parents.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and administrative responsibilities.
• Passion for technology education and empowering children.

Required skills

• CRM (customer relationship management) system usage.
