Centre Manager – Punggol & City Square (5 days/week)

About the role

The company, a specialist provider of English language and writing classes for primary and secondary students, is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee its two enrichment centres in Punggol and City Square Mall. This full‑time, on‑site role involves leading daily operations, driving enrolment and ensuring a high‑quality experience for students and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales, service and operational performance of both centres.
• Lead the centre team to meet enrolment, retention, conversion and service targets.
• Follow up on enquiries, trials and enrolment opportunities to maximise sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students to support satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Handle parent feedback, service recovery and escalated matters professionally.
• Guide staff in customer service, daily operations and centre processes.
• Oversee teachers’ attendance, punctuality, parent communication and related operational tasks.
• Ensure class readiness, scheduling, centre presentation and service standards each day.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions on sales, retention or service gaps.
• Utilise the company’s CRM and student‑management platforms for lead management, record keeping and reporting.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in education, enrichment, service, retail, hospitality or centre‑based operations.
• At least 3 years of leadership or team‑management experience.
• Experience in the education or enrichment industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with parents, students and staff.
