Centre Sales Assistant – Music Academy

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Centre Sales Assistant to join our music academy network across Singapore. The role combines front‑desk customer service, sales support and administrative coordination to ensure smooth lesson scheduling and instrument transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and walk‑ins.
• Provide parents and students with lesson information, arrange trial bookings and process registrations.
• Follow up leads and help convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Coordinate lesson timetables between students, parents and teachers.
• Assist with instrument sales, rentals and repair queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, students and sales activities.
• Support payment collection, invoicing and related documentation.
• Prepare classrooms and manage daily academy operations.
• Help organise concerts, workshops, student activities and promotional events.
• Create simple social‑media content, photographs and marketing materials when needed.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Certification in marketing, communications, hospitality, arts management, music or a related field.
• Interest in music or music education is an advantage.
• Availability to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with two weekdays off.
