CF Compliance Manager

About the role

The CF Compliance Manager will join PwC's Advisory team to ensure that client onboarding and ongoing relationships meet anti‑money‑laundering (AML) and regulatory standards. You will work closely with business units, providing guidance, training and monitoring to maintain a robust compliance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Perform, monitor and review customer due‑diligence and onboarding processes to ensure AML compliance.
• Assist in creating and maintaining accounts and opportunities in Salesforce for risk management and KYC assessment.
• Provide advice and guidance to employees on compliance‑related matters.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programmes across the organisation.
• Execute the annual compliance monitoring programme.
• Handle ad‑hoc compliance projects and other related matters as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance within an investment bank or external audit environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of MAS regulatory requirements and applicable laws.
