Change Management Lead (12-Month Contract) - Insurance

About the role

A well-established life insurance organisation with a strong presence in Asia is looking for a Change Management Lead for a 12-month contract. The role leads enterprise-wide change initiatives for a major transformation programme, driving employee engagement, communications and business readiness. The position is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for business transformation initiatives
• Assess organisational impacts and identify risks related to changes to people, processes and operating models
• Develop and deliver communication plans, employee engagement programmes and change-related content
• Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to drive alignment and readiness
• Design and coordinate training, awareness and adoption activities across impacted teams
• Monitor implementation progress, track key change metrics and report to leadership teams
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support employees throughout the transformation lifecycle

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 8 years of experience in change management, business transformation or project management
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services or regulated industries is beneficial
