Channel Sales Manager (Cybersecurity)

About the role

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager specializing in cybersecurity to drive revenue and business growth through strategic partner relationships across Singapore. You will work closely with channel partners and vendors to expand existing accounts, create new opportunities and strengthen long‑term collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned revenue, gross profit and quarterly MBO targets.
• Manage and grow channel partner relationships through sales and pre‑sales enablement.
• Build strategic relationships with vendor teams.
• Identify and develop new channel accounts and business opportunities.
• Build and manage sales pipelines, monitor win rates and drive opportunity conversion.
• Keep partners updated on products, promotions, marketing programmes and events.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly partner performance reviews and manage incentive programmes.
• Analyse and forecast sales and business activities and prepare timely performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, IT, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, account management, business development or IT distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.

• CRM systems (experience preferred)
