Channel Solution Architect

About the role

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader with an AI-native platform, is seeking a customer- and partner-focused Solution Architect. You will act as a technical trusted advisor, helping partners and customers understand the value of CrowdStrike's security platform so they can position, demo and deploy its solutions. Working closely with Sales and Alliance teams, you will take part in technical architecture, solution delivery, partner enablement and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical advocate, building trusted relationships with technical and sales teams about CrowdStrike's cloud-delivered architecture.
• Develop and run technical enablement programs, including sessions, workshops and hands-on training for partner SEs and technical staff.
• Design scalable solution architectures, integrations and operational workflows with partners and customers.
• Support demos, NFR deployments and proof-of-concept engagements, guiding testing based on attacker techniques and competitive analysis.
• Lead and support technical accreditation and certification initiatives such as the Champion Accreditation process.
• Act as a technical liaison between partners/customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, SE, Support).
• Contribute to training materials, lab environments, scripted demo tools and integration playbooks.
• Represent the company at industry events, partner summits and security conferences with live demonstrations.

Required profile

• Proven background as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer or Technical Consultant in enterprise security, SaaS or partner ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
• Bonus points: CISSP, CEH, OSCP, SANS or cloud architectural certifications, and hands-on experience with parser integrations or custom scripts.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Endpoint Defense, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence, Identity Protection, Incident Response, Zero Trust and MDR/XDR.
• Experience with AWS, Azure and GCP and modern OS architectures.
• APIs and scripting (PowerShell, Python or Bash); familiarity with SIEM, threat analysis or sandbox environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
