Channel Solution Architect – South East Asia

About the role

Dragos is the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, protecting critical industrial infrastructure. The Channel Solution Architect will enable Southeast Asian partners—distributors, system integrators and managed service providers—to sell, demonstrate and evaluate Dragos solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Equip partner technical sellers with the knowledge to identify OT security opportunities, position Dragos value, and conduct demos without direct Dragos engineer involvement.
• Guide partner field engineers through evaluation deployments, including sensor installation, logistics, and adherence to Dragos‑authored evaluation plans.
• Design and maintain a certification programme, curriculum and reusable technical assets for partners in the four priority markets.
• Provide technical support and escalation for partner‑sourced opportunities, feeding field insights back to product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and at least 3 years in pre‑sales or solution architecture roles.
• Proven track record working with channel partners such as VARs, system integrators and OEMs.
• Familiarity with OT environments and industrial sectors like oil & gas, power, water, mining or manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % across Southeast Asia.
