Checker Specialist

About the role

The Checker Specialist ensures that all warehouse and logistics operations comply with safety, quality and procedural standards. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory records and support continuous improvement initiatives within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, outbound, returns and exchange processes, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Plan and liaise with customers, transporters and internal teams on daily shipment schedules and operational issues.
• Conduct visual inspections of shipments, report non‑conformances, damages or shortages to management.
• Manage cycle counts, stock‑taking activities and maintain inventory system integrity.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all warehouse documentation (delivery orders, delivery notes, reports).
• Prepare operational reports and data analysis for the Operations Executive or Supervisor.
• Support the achievement of KPIs, service level targets, cost efficiency and productivity goals.
• Drive process‑improvement projects and promote a 5S and continuous‑improvement culture.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain operations.
• Familiarity with coordinating transporters and customers.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end logistics and warehouse processes.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, overtime or weekends as needed.
