Checker Specialist

About the role

The Checker Specialist supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order processing, shipment handling, and compliance with SAP procedures. This full‑time position works closely with customers and internal teams to meet delivery targets and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and follow the SAP system and related operating processes.
• Coordinate with customers on order planning, fulfilment, shipment delivery and collection requirements.
• Prepare data collections and submit accurate reports to supervisors.
• Perform cycle‑count administration and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure timely and orderly completion of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Lead and implement process‑improvement initiatives.
• Report receiving non‑conformances to the Operations Executive.
• Carry out day‑to‑day duties of the Operations Executive as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Positive mindset, detail‑oriented and adaptable to a fast‑moving environment.
