Chef De Partie – Culinary Role

About the role

Join Elephant Grounds, an award‑winning lifestyle brand, as a Chef De Partie. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality dishes that reflect the brand’s Japanese‑influenced cuisine and café culture in a fast‑paced Singapore kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a designated kitchen section, preparing and presenting dishes to brand standards.
• Maintain mise en place and ensure consistent preparation ahead of service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines in line with SFA regulations and internal SOPs.
• Monitor inventory, portion control and ingredient storage to minimise waste.
• Collaborate with other stations, guide junior staff and foster a positive team environment.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef De Partie or 3 years as a Commis/Demi Chef De Partie in a high‑volume kitchen.
• Food Hygiene certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Calm under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
