Chef de Partie – Full-time Kitchen Role

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our island‑wide restaurant network in Singapore. The successful candidate will work full‑time in a fast‑paced kitchen, delivering high‑quality dishes while supporting the Head Chef and culinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate high‑quality dishes using advanced cooking and grilling techniques in line with restaurant standards.
• Manage station tasks efficiently under pressure, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team and follow the Head Chef’s directions to maintain consistent food quality and service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct stocktaking and order supplies for the station to guarantee ingredient availability.
• Adapt food preparation methods based on feedback and assist in other kitchen areas as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a qualification from a culinary school.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation best practices.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and organize work effectively.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
