Chef de Partie – Full‑Time Kitchen Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead kitchen operations across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. You will ensure every dish meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Check freshness of food and ingredients.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food‑preparation staff.
• Develop and refine recipes, determining presentation and portion sizes.
• Plan menus, ensuring consistent serving sizes and quality.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
• Control the food preparation process and related activities.
• Approve and polish dishes before they reach the customer.
• Plan orders of equipment or ingredients based on identified shortages.

Required profile

• 2–5 years proven experience as a chef.
• Demonstrated ability in kitchen management and staff supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of culinary trends and efficient kitchen processes.
• Ability to divide responsibilities and monitor progress effectively.
