Chef de Partie

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead kitchen operations at our Jurong Island facility. You will oversee food preparation, ensure high‑quality dishes, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check freshness of food and ingredients
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food‑preparation staff
• Develop and present recipes, ensuring consistent portion sizes and quality
• Plan menus and introduce new culinary creations
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
• Control the food preparation process and approve dishes before service
• Order equipment or ingredients to address identified shortages

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a chef
• Strong kitchen management abilities
• Effective delegation and progress monitoring skills
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
