About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Chef to join our culinary team and deliver high‑quality meals across our islandwide locations in Singapore. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment, ensuring food excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items according to company recipes.
• Cook high‑quality meals and food items, maintaining consistent taste and presentation.
• Store excess food at appropriate temperatures to prevent spoilage.
• Monitor portion sizes and presentation to meet company standards.
• Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Ensure cooking utensils are clean before each use and sterilize preparation areas.
• Resolve customer order issues efficiently.
• Adhere to food health and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
• Proven experience working as a Chef.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Capability to stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
