Chef – Full-Time Kitchen Position

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Chef to join our island‑wide operations in Singapore. This full‑time position involves preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook designated menu items within specified time frames.
• Handle raw material preparation and ensure adherence to standard recipes and operating procedures.
• Maintain compliance with statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform regular maintenance of kitchen equipment, machinery, and accessories.
• Assist in cooking and plating items according to the Kitchen Manual.
• Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper labeling and FIFO rotation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Understanding of Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations on hygiene, health, and safety.
• Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and delegation capabilities.
