Chef – Full-time Position

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Chef to join our restaurant team on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality meals that meet our brand standards while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items according to recipes.
• Cook and present high‑quality meals consistently.
• Store excess food at correct temperatures to prevent spoilage.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Ensure cooking utensils are clean before each use.
• Clean and sterilize food preparation areas regularly.
• Resolve customer order issues efficiently.
• Adhere to food health and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience working as a chef in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
