Chef – Multi-Cuisine Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our multi-cuisine restaurant team in Singapore. The role involves preparing high-quality dishes across Indian, Turkish, Middle Eastern and Asian cuisines while maintaining consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
• Manage daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are ready before service.
• Develop new dishes, seasonal specials and promotional menus in collaboration with the Head Chef.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, proper storage, labeling and rotation of products.
• Control inventory levels, minimise waste and assist with food cost management.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation of kitchen equipment and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Guide junior cooks and kitchen assistants and support kitchen operations during busy periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant culinary experience in a restaurant, hotel or similar F&B environment.
• Proven ability to maintain consistent food quality during high-volume service.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
