Chef – Northeastern & Sichuan Cuisine Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen in delivering authentic Northeastern and Sichuan Chinese cuisine. The role involves maintaining high culinary standards while ensuring efficient kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dishes using mastery of Northeastern and Sichuan cooking techniques.
• Maintain taste, quality, and service efficiency.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage ingredients to minimise waste and optimise inventory.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers and service staff, supporting evening and rotational shifts.
• Oversee proper storage and handling of all ingredients.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in traditional Chinese restaurants.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and rotational schedules.
• Ability to perform under pressure with strong responsibility and dedication.
• Bilingual communication in Chinese and English preferred.
