Chinese Educator

About the role

St. Joseph’s Institution International Preschool is seeking a dynamic Chinese Educator to join its early childhood team. You will work closely with the Head of Nursery/Kindergarten and collaborate with fellow educators to deliver a high‑quality, child‑centred curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement innovative, child‑centred activities aligned with the school’s curriculum framework.
• Submit weekly activity plans one week in advance and weekly evaluations the following week.
• Set up appropriate learning environments and ensure compliance with ECDA licensing and SPARK accreditation requirements.
• Conduct regular parent‑teacher conferences and maintain detailed learning portfolios for each child.
• Coordinate with other educators and programme staff on curriculum matters and share best practices.
• Handle class administration tasks such as attendance, health measurements, and communication with parents.
• Participate in school‑organised activities and promote the preschool’s social mission.
