Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to support the Project Manager in delivering construction projects in Singapore. The role involves coordinating sub‑contractors, supervising site activities and ensuring that work progresses according to the master programme.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project planning and execution.
• Manage work activities of sub‑contractors, supervisors and site workers.
• Plan manpower in line with budgeted man‑hours and track daily progress.
• Report daily work status to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore legal requirements and statutory regulations.
• Verify that standard operating procedures meet specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proactive and resource‑ful attitude.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
