Cleaner Team Leader

About the role

The Cleaner Team Leader will oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance with safety standards. This role involves coordinating a team of cleaners, handling client enquiries, and maintaining equipment and stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to client enquiries and relay requests to the cleaning team.
• Conduct induction and training for new cleaning staff.
• Inspect cleaning equipment condition and ensure proper usage.
• Monitor and verify the quality of work performed by cleaners.
• Implement work plans, delegate tasks, and oversee day‑to‑day cleaning activities.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and inform supervisors when supplies run low.
• Provide guidance, resolve operational issues, and make decisions at the team level.

Required profile

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated understanding of cleaning methods, processes, and health‑safety standards.
• Leadership capability to instruct, delegate, and motivate a cleaning crew.
