Cleaning Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Cleaning Operations Manager to lead and optimise our cleaning services across multiple sites in Singapore. The role combines strategic planning, budget management and team leadership to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all cleaning operations are conducted efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Purchase materials, manage inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Maintain legal compliance of organisational processes.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with business goals.
• Analyse financial data to enhance profitability and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Recruit, train and supervise cleaning staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
• Degree in Business, Operations Management or a related field.
