Cleaning Services Manager

About the role

The Cleaning Services Manager leads daily cleaning operations to ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction across our facilities. You will coordinate a team of cleaners, manage resources, and act as the primary point of contact for client concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff.
• Create and optimise work rosters to meet service demands.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Enforce health and safety protocols.
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cleaning or facilities management, preferably at a supervisory level.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and clients.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
