Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

The Cleaning Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day cleaning operations across multiple locations in Singapore, ensuring that all areas meet the company’s high standards for hygiene, safety and efficiency. Reporting to Facilities Management, you will plan resources, allocate tasks and conduct regular inspections to maintain a spotless environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Monitor and control usage of cleaning materials to minimise waste.
• Track, report and follow up on cleaning defects and rectifications.
• Ensure team compliance with organisational policies and regulatory hygiene and safety requirements.
• Establish and enforce cleaning standards and procedures.
• Schedule and assign duties to cleaners for smooth daily operations.
• Supervise work performance and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
• Assist cleaning staff when needed during task execution.
• Manage inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies across locations.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, professional attitude.
