About the role
We are looking for a senior‑level Cleaning Supervisor to lead multiple cleaning teams across various projects in Singapore. You will ensure high service standards, safety compliance, and efficient deployment of manpower.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise multiple cleaning teams on diverse projects.
- Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards and provide guidance.
- Assist in planning work schedules and manpower deployment.
- Monitor compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and tender specifications.
- Implement operational plans to improve processes and service quality.
- Track cleaning material stock levels, reorder supplies, and manage equipment condition.
- Resolve operational issues and make timely decisions.
- Submit daily cleaning reports and facilitate effective workplace communication.
Required profile
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
- Senior Executive level experience in cleaning or facilities management.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from SGD 3,600 to SGD 4,800 per month.
