Client Engagement Executive

About the role

The Client Engagement Executive supports the onboarding of new customers and helps drive cross‑selling opportunities with existing clients. You will work closely with sales and training teams to ensure smooth operations and effective client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and upload customer information into the IBF/TPG online system.
• Update sales and other databases using internet and social‑media research.
• Prepare training venues, distribute sales kits, take attendance and capture photos.
• Arrange meetings via email, phone, WhatsApp and calendar invites.
• Contact clients for feedback, send letters, mailers and hand‑deliver invitations.
• Create and edit content for social‑media channels, especially Instagram.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn AI tools such as Claude.
• Previous administrative (secretary/PA) or sales experience in insurance or brokerage environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, enthusiasm and initiative.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competent use of Instagram and other social‑media platforms.
