Client Onboarding Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Client Onboarding Administrator to support the Client Relationship department and the Head of Client Relationship. In this role you will coordinate the onboarding of new clients and intermediaries, ensuring all documentation is collected, reviewed and processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet onboarding requirements and deliver a positive client experience.
• Set up, manage and maintain onboarding files, trackers and status reports.
• Track and drive timely follow‑up on onboarding action items and outstanding matters.
• Liaise with the compliance team on KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients to obtain KYC and due‑diligence documentation and follow up on outstanding items.
• Review onboarding documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for new‑business approval processes.
• Identify and escalate high‑risk or complex onboarding cases as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher education.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial or corporate services, preferably in client due‑diligence or onboarding administration.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, resilient under pressure and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
