Client Onboarding Administrator

About the role

The Client Onboarding Administrator will work closely with the Client Relationship department and the Head of Client Relationship to support the onboarding of new clients and intermediaries. This role ensures that client information and documentation are collected, reviewed, and processed accurately and in a timely manner, delivering a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet onboarding requirements and ensure a positive client experience.
• Set up, manage, and maintain onboarding files, trackers, and status reports.
• Track and drive timely follow‑up on onboarding action items and outstanding matters.
• Liaise with the compliance team on KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients to obtain KYC and due‑diligence documentation and follow up on outstanding items.
• Review onboarding documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for new‑business approval processes.
• Identify and escalate high‑risk or complex onboarding cases as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial or corporate services client due‑diligence or onboarding administration.
• Basic understanding of KYC, AML, and client due‑diligence processes.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
