Client Onboarding Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Client Onboarding Assistant Manager to support the Client Relationship department. You will coordinate the onboarding of new clients and intermediaries, ensuring all documentation is collected, reviewed, and processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet onboarding requirements and deliver a positive client experience.
• Set up, manage, and maintain onboarding files, trackers, and status reports.
• Track and drive timely follow‑up on onboarding action items and outstanding matters.
• Liaise with the compliance team on KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients to obtain KYC and due‑diligence documentation and follow up on outstanding items.
• Review onboarding documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for new‑business approval processes.
• Identify and escalate high‑risk or complex onboarding cases.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher education.
• 3‑4 years of experience in financial or corporate services, preferably in client due‑diligence or onboarding administration.
• Basic understanding of KYC, AML, and client due‑diligence processes.
• Organised, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
