Client Onboarding Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Client Onboarding Assistant Manager to support the Client Relationship department. You will coordinate the onboarding of new clients and intermediaries, ensuring all documentation is collected, reviewed and processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet onboarding requirements and deliver a positive client experience.
• Set up, manage and maintain onboarding files, trackers and status reports.
• Track and drive timely follow‑up on onboarding action items and outstanding matters.
• Liaise with the compliance team on KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients to obtain KYC and due‑diligence documentation and follow up on outstanding items.
• Review onboarding documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for new‑business approval processes.
• Identify and escalate high‑risk or complex onboarding cases as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher education.
• 3–4 years of experience in financial or corporate services, preferably in client due‑diligence or onboarding administration.
• Basic understanding of KYC, AML and client due‑diligence processes.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
