Client Partner – Large Telecom Account

About the role

Compaz is looking for an experienced Client Partner to lead a strategic telecom account in Singapore. This senior individual‑contributor role combines sales, delivery governance and executive engagement to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with a large telecom client and develop a long‑term account strategy.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across IT services, digital, cloud and managed services.
• Build and maintain CXO relationships with CIO, CTO, COO and business leaders, leading executive meetings and governance forums.
• Lead opportunity qualification, deal shaping, proposal development and negotiations, owning revenue targets and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with delivery, legal, finance and solutions teams to ensure SLA adherence, quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 12–20 years of experience in an IT services or consulting organization.
• Proven track record selling IT services to telecom clients.
• Strong ability to operate at the intersection of sales, delivery governance and executive engagement.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑year, multi‑tower IT services deals.
