Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will ensure timely renewal of insurance policies, maintain strong client relationships, and drive retention through proactive service and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Issue renewal notices to clients promptly and manage policy allocations using the Renewal CRM.
• Follow up with clients to confirm receipt of renewal documents and ensure timely processing.
• Present alternative insurance options, explaining benefits and drawbacks such as pre‑existing conditions and waiting periods.
• Resolve client problems and complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Administration team for renewals, applications, and payment completion.
• Organise mid‑term campaigns for the assigned portfolio to generate referrals.
• Utilise internal tools (Outlook, Yellow Sheets, CRM, MO) according to procedures to maximise retention.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of insurance products and compare offerings across providers.
• Collaborate with New Business, Corporate, and Claims teams when needed.

Required profile

• Proactive, service‑oriented with a can‑do attitude.
• Sales‑driven, positive and results‑oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Holding BCP, PGI, ComGI and HI certifications for licensing.
