Client Relationship Manager - Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing & Logistics

About the role

Cognizant is seeking a senior Client Relationship Manager to drive growth and profitability for its Singapore portfolio across retail, consumer goods, manufacturing and logistics. You will act as the primary liaison for CXO‑level stakeholders, own the account P&L and champion AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor to senior client executives and manage day‑to‑day account activities.
• Own account P&L, business planning, budgeting and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, negotiate commercial terms and drive renewal business.
• Partner with delivery teams and third‑party vendors to mitigate project risk and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide thought leadership on AI Builder capabilities and position them within the client’s growth agenda.

Required profile

• 10+ years of account management, business development and consulting experience in the IT services industry.
• Proven track record of managing global and local clients, delivering profitable growth and retaining key accounts.
• Strong knowledge of the ASEAN market and experience in retail, consumer goods, manufacturing or logistics sectors.
• Familiarity with digital and AI‑led transformation solutions and an onsite/offshore delivery model.
