Client Success Partner

About the role

The Client Success Partner joins Gartner Advisory’s Client Success team, which follows a “Client for Life” philosophy. In this role you will ensure that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment by understanding their business priorities and guiding them to the right decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage relationships with clients ranging from senior C‑level executives to junior professionals across various business functions.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, communicating value to decision makers.
• Facilitate client calls, understand priorities, and recommend programs of action that drive high value and ROI on Gartner memberships.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize delivered value.
• Conduct regular reviews of the client book of business, monitoring performance and key engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trust‑based, value‑added client‑facing environments.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective client service.
• Proven track record of delighting clients and achieving business outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical‑thinking and influencing abilities.
