Clinic Assistant (Chiropractic) – Full Training Provided

About the role

Our client in the healthcare and wellness sector is looking for a Clinic Assistant to support a busy chiropractic clinic. The position is permanent, full‑time and offers comprehensive on‑the‑job training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clinicians with patient care and basic rehabilitation activities under supervision.
• Support daily clinic operations and patient service.
• Handle patient communications, enquiries and follow‑up​s.
• Support sales and membership‑related activities.
• Learn and perform basic treatment and rehabilitation procedures with training provided.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Required profile

• Experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, wellness or aesthetics clinic is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience who are keen to build a career in the industry.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on, patient‑facing environment.
• Willing to commit to shift rotations, including weekend work (off‑in‑lieu on weekdays).
