Clinic Assistant

About the role

The Centre for Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery is seeking a proactive Clinic Assistant to support daily operations and enhance patient experience. This junior‑level position offers exposure to a busy medical environment and the chance to develop administrative and customer‑service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails, responding to patient enquiries promptly.
• Make outbound calls to patients and partner clinics to arrange appointments.
• Coordinate with clinics to ensure a smooth and positive patient journey.
• Process insurance claims and assist with tax invoice issuance.
• Manage patient registrations and booking schedules.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives by compiling statistics.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks such as filing and email handling.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Levels.
• Fluent English communication; additional dialects are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Positive attitude toward learning and teamwork.
• Open to candidates with no prior experience.
