Clinic Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Clinic Assistant to support the smooth daily operations of our healthcare facilities across Singapore. The role combines front‑desk customer service, administrative tasks and occasional patient support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide courteous front‑desk service.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries and handle insurance claim assistance.
• Process invoices, collect payments and support billing procedures.
• Provide chaperone support during physical examinations of female patients when required.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene through general housekeeping duties.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling patient data.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology (advantageous).
• Mandarin language proficiency is a plus for assisting Mandarin‑speaking patients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
