Clinic Assistant – Part-time (3 weekdays)

About the role

ABER CARE is seeking a reliable Clinic Assistant to support daily operations across its island‑wide network. This part‑time position works three weekdays and offers a permanent contract, providing stability while allowing flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical procedures and handle administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.
• Manage patient communication, schedule appointments, and oversee the registration process.
• Provide professional customer service from check‑in through the entire patient visit.
• Process billing and financial transactions under various government subsidy schemes.
• Maintain clinic inventory, including medicines and medical consumables, and coordinate replenishment.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience working in a clinic setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in clinical and administrative procedures.
• Ability to handle billing and subsidy schemes accurately.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management.
