About the role
The Clinic Executive will support doctors and ensure efficient delivery of quality healthcare services by managing front‑desk operations and patient flow.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to patient registration, answer phone calls for appointments, queries and claims, and assist doctors as needed.
- Manage clinic schedules, insurance claims, and filing systems.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.
- Handle logistics and inventory for medicines, supplies and equipment.
Required profile
- Hospital or clinical experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Clinic Assist system.
- Experience processing medical, personal and TPA insurance claims.
- Meticulous, accurate and able to multitask.
