Clinical Innovation/Operation Manager

About the role

The Clinical Innovation/Operation Manager will lead clinical operations for MedTech Catapult’s innovation projects. Based on‑site in Singapore, you will coordinate studies and pilots with healthcare partners, ensuring protocols, timelines, budgets and regulatory compliance are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor clinical studies and pilot projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones and prepare regular status reports.
• Coordinate with start‑ups, research teams and external healthcare sites to ensure data quality and participant safety.
• Manage risks, resolve operational issues and drive continuous process improvement.
• Support due‑diligence assessments for new projects and advise partners on clinical feasibility.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in clinical operations and clinical research methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience managing Clinical Research Associates, site monitoring and documentation.
• Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health or related field.
• Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks and international guidelines.
