Clinical Trial Assistant – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Clinical Trial Assistant will support Clinical Project Managers and the study team throughout the operational phase of clinical trials. This 1‑year contract position ensures high‑quality data delivery while adhering to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and ICH GCP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and archive electronic Trial Master Files (eTMFs), ensuring compliance with CRO guidelines.
• Oversee CRO interactions, develop eTMF guidelines, and manage review processes.
• Handle budget and invoice activities: vendor creation, receipt verification, invoice upload, and monthly spend tracking.
• Support study tracking tools, register studies on clinicaltrials.gov, and coordinate logistical tasks such as sample shipments and supply procurement.
• Perform quality checks on protocols, informed consent forms, and advertising materials for regulatory compliance.
• Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and logistics.
• Assist with global communications, SOP updates, training material preparation, and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Prior experience in clinical trial administration, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and standard operating procedures.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with CROs, investigators, and internal teams.
