Clinical Trial Project Manager – Pharma MNC

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Project Manager to lead and deliver pharmaceutical project initiatives from start to finish. The role involves coordinating timelines, documentation and stakeholder communications within a fast‑moving clinical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through to completion.
- Coordinate project timelines, documentation, and client communications.
- Monitor inventory, project progress, and financial milestones.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Support audits, SOP updates, KPI reporting, and process improvements.
- Mentor junior project team members when required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in project management or project coordination.
- Strong planning, documentation and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical supply or healthcare environments (advantage).
