Cloud Administrator – Azure GCC (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Cloud Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Azure Government Community Cloud (GCC) to join our Singapore office. The role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable and efficient cloud operations that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Azure resources, subscriptions, resource groups, and policies.
• Manage Azure virtual machines (Windows/Linux) and SQL Server on Azure VMs.
• Support Azure SQL Database, including monitoring, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Alerts.
• Maintain Azure networking components such as VNet, NSG, route tables, VPN gateway, private endpoints, and private DNS.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, MFA, and access controls.
• Perform VM remediation, security patching, OS hardening, vulnerability assessment and closure.
• Support cloud security, compliance audits, backup/recovery, and health checks.
• Develop basic automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Troubleshoot cloud, server, network, and database issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive professional with hands‑on Azure platform experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure administration and Azure SQL/SQL Server.
• Experience with Windows Server and RHEL/Linux administration.
• Familiarity with Azure networking fundamentals and security best practices.
