Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Exchange Online & Microsoft 365)

About the role

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support the design, administration, security, governance and operations of Microsoft 365 services, with a primary focus on Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID. The engineer ensures secure, resilient and scalable collaboration, messaging, identity and productivity services and works with product principals, outsourced service providers, vendors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Viva, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Platform
• Manage Exchange Online environments, hybrid deployments, mailbox and tenant migrations, and technology refresh
• Administer Entra ID, hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM and identity governance
• Implement Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, eDiscovery, audit logging, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DLP and email security
• Build PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation, and maintain technical documentation
• Support Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune-managed endpoints, including device compliance and MDM/MAM
• Monitor service health, troubleshoot cloud issues and manage incidents, changes and root cause analysis

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 3 to 6 years of experience in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID or cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and security/compliance tools
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or government cloud environments is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong understanding of DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, Exchange Hybrid and zero trust
• PowerShell scripting, automation and Microsoft Graph APIs
• Preferred certifications: MS-102, SC-300, MS-500, AZ-104, SC-200, MCT
