Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - M365

About the role

ITE is hiring a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (M365) at its headquarters. You will design, implement and manage Microsoft 365 cloud solutions so they perform well, stay secure and scale, while meeting cyber and data security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy M365 solutions such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive for Business, integrated with existing systems.
• Monitor the health and performance of M365 services and optimise configurations.
• Implement security measures including identity and access management and data protection.
• Provide technical support for M365 issues and collaborate with other IT teams to solve complex problems.
• Create documentation and run training sessions for end users.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience developing and managing the M365 ecosystem.
• Ability to conceptualise operations for new initiatives and lead discussions between internal teams and external partners.
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with non-technical audiences.
• Added advantage: knowledge of government tendering, endpoint management policies, workflow automation, ITIL, and the ability to justify new initiatives to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• PowerShell scripting and KQL; Azure Solutions Architect certification is a bonus.
• ITIL certification is a bonus.
