Cloud Vendor & Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Vendor & Partnerships Manager to oversee relationships with major cloud and technology providers, ensuring optimal pricing and service delivery for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships and communication with AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, AI providers and other technology vendors.
• Act as the main point of contact between external vendors and internal teams.
• Request vendor quotations, compare pricing options, and calculate costs for various cloud configurations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to build cloud service packages that meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, credits, payment terms, SLAs and contract terms with vendors.
• Continuously benchmark the market to secure competitive costs.
• Follow up on quotations, provisioning, contracts, technical requirements and billing issues.
• Support customer projects on the vendor side, including onboarding, service setup and issue coordination.
• Research and evaluate alternative cloud, network, cybersecurity and AI infrastructure providers.
